Elevate, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization formed in 2014 through the merger of Nova Services and the Council on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse. Our mission is to promote and support responsibility, accountability and dignity for individuals, families and communities from the Washington County area and to reduce the risk for behavioral health issues and other high-risk behavior.
The Elevate Community Resource Center is focused on empowering individuals and enhancing local communities. Centrally located in Jackson, Wisconsin, it provides support and assistance to individuals of all ages.
At Elevate we focus on people and the community. We address root causes through intervention, prevention and residential programming.
