You Make a Difference!

Our partners are so important and we accomplish a great deal together.  Elevate staff work to engage people of all ages to end alcohol and other drug abuse and to reduce high risk behaviors. Representatives from community government and health and human services, education, law enforcement, healthcare, business, faith communities and many other sectors comprise the coalitions that are active in every community in Washington County.

The Prevention Network and the Heroin Task Force are comprised of people from all sectors and all communities in Washington County.  The Prevention Network addresses overall issues related to substance abuse in Washington County, while the Heroin Task Force specifically and strategically addresses the Heroin epidemic through education, increased treatment options and advocacy approaches.
